Returns & Refunds

Thank you for shopping at LightDepth! We want to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we offer a straightforward Returns & Refunds policy outlined below.

Returns You have 30 calendar days from the date of purchase to initiate a return for an eligible item. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. Additionally, any included accessories, manuals, or promotional materials must also be returned in their original condition.

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer support team by email or phone to notify us of your intent to return the item.
  2. Once you receive confirmation from our team, securely package the item to prevent damage during transit.
  3. Ship the item back to us using a reliable shipping method with tracking information.
  4. Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria.
  5. If the return is approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 14 business days. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.

Please note the following items are non-returnable:

  • Perishable goods, such as food or flowers.
  • Personalized or custom-made items.
  • Gift cards or downloadable software products.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, the funds will be credited back to your original payment method within 14 business days.

Exchanges At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges for returned items. If you wish to exchange an item, we recommend initiating a return for the unwanted item and placing a new order for the desired item separately.
